Document vault
A proper document management system with Explorer-style folders, bulk and drag-drop upload, and granular sharing of a folder or handpicked files with outside law firms on expiring links. Revoke instantly; the access log survives.
Approvals & maker-checker
Nothing material is recorded by one person alone. Approvals route by seniority, and critical actions are confirmed by a one-time code sent to the Managing Director.
Leases & payments
Lease terms with renewal windows and expiry alerts, plus the payment trail against each owner: demand drafts, purpose and status, all reconcilable.
Task delegation
Work flows from the Managing Director down through VPs, department heads and team leads. Break a task into sub-tasks, forward it, submit with documents attached, and roll approvals back up with email at every hop.
Departments & permissions
Land, legal, finance, design, operations and IT each get their own hierarchy from member to division VP. A land user never sees legal tooling. The MD creates roles and grants permissions.
